- Payment and payroll information: Banking details or payment information collected for payroll purposes through our payroll partner, Everee. This information is handled directly by Everee under their own privacy policy.
- Business information (for clients): Company name, billing address, contact information, and information about your staffing needs.

- Fulfill client requests: Source, vet, and place qualified workers for clients' staffing needs.

- Communicate with you: Send job notifications, scheduling information, updates about your application or placement, and responses to your inquiries.
- Process payroll and payments: Facilitate worker compensation through our payroll partner.

- Verify identity and eligibility: Confirm work authorization and conduct background checks where required.

- Client records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period after for legal and business purposes.
- Application data (if not placed): Retained for up to 2 years in case a relevant opportunity arises, then deleted or anonymized.
- Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 26 months.
- Communications: Retained as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.
When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of whether they are legally required in your jurisdiction.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
